The weather and climate in Cuba
Cuba has a tropical climate. The average temperature during the day throughout the year in Cuba is between 25 and 35 degrees Celsius. There almost always blows a breeze from the North-East. This gives you some cooling of the hot weather.The summer months in Cuba are warm and have a high humidity. In the North, the wind from the sea ensures that the humidity is less.

Starting from early June through November is the hurricane season in the Caribbean. This means that there is a chance that Cuba is affected by hurricanes. The hurricanes that reach Cuba come mainly from the South-eastern direction and grow in strength above the Caribbean Sea before they finally hit the South of Cuba. Above land the power of the hurricane becomes less but the North still has the chance of significant damage.
In the winter it is still quite warm in Cuba. The temperatures in the North and South decreases to 25 or 30 degrees Celcius. With little rainfall and a lot of sun it is the most excellent time of the year to stay in Cuba.
